By submitting this enquiry, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Our role

Fast Lane Solutions acts solely as an introducer between you, the supplying dealership and the finance provider. We are not the lender, finance company, dealership or vehicle owner.

2. Funding process

Our specialist funding partners are designed to finance clients who may not meet traditional lending criteria. Provided you meet the agreed requirements of the transaction (including the required deposit, identity verification where applicable, and any other conditions set by the funding partner), your application will normally be able to proceed, subject to the funding partner's final checks and the terms of the relevant funding agreement. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Vehicle selection

You are responsible for selecting the vehicle you wish to purchase. Vehicle availability, pricing and specification remain subject to the supplying dealership.

4. Administration fee

A 5–10% administration fee (calculated on the vehicle's purchase price) applies to successful transactions. The exact fee will be confirmed before you proceed and must be accepted prior to completion.

5. Deposit

Where applicable, the required deposit will be confirmed after approval and once your chosen vehicle has been agreed. Deposit requirements are determined by the finance provider and/or supplier.

6. APR & finance terms

Interest rates, monthly payments, agreement length, balloon payments and all finance terms are set by the finance provider and may vary depending on the vehicle and funding arrangement.

7. Vehicle ownership

Until all contractual obligations have been fulfilled, including any final balloon payment where applicable, ownership of the vehicle remains with the finance company in accordance with your finance agreement.

8. Timescales

Vehicle delivery and completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on dealership preparation, finance approval and vehicle availability.

9. Liability

Fast Lane Solutions is not responsible for: finance approval or rejection; changes to finance terms or APR; dealership delays or cancellations; vehicle defects, warranties or aftersales issues; or any dispute between the customer, finance provider or dealership. Any disputes relating to the finance agreement or vehicle purchase must be raised directly with the relevant finance provider or supplying dealership.

10. Accuracy of information

You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being declined.

11. Acceptance

Finance is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to status, affordability and eligibility checks. Fast Lane Solutions introduces customers to funding partners; rates and terms are set by the lender. This application is an enquiry, not a credit agreement or a guarantee of approval. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
